Du ligger ned med tæppe over og dejlige rolige omgivelser.
Efter en kort coaching, hvor du i fællesskab med mig finder frem til det du ønsker i dit liv.
Herefter modtager du lyde, musik, berøringer og dyb hypnotisk afslappethed.
Lydene finder vej i din krop, i dit sind og din underbevidsthed.
Du vil opleve en afslappet tilstand, du aldrig har prøvet før. Din krop er klog og ved hvad den har brug for. Du skal ikke gøre noget. Giv slip og lad det ske.
Efter sessionen vil jeg fortælle dig hvad jeg oplevede og ud fra det give dig hjemme opgaver.
Du kan også dele hvis du har lyst.
Du vil højst sandsynligt mærke en bedring allerede efter sessionen.

You lie down with a blanket over you and lovely calm surroundings.
After a short coaching session, where you together with me find out what you want in your life.
After that, you receive sounds, music, touches and deep hypnotic relaxation.
The sounds find their way into your body, your mind and your subconscious.
You will experience a relaxed state that you have never experienced before. Your body is wise and knows what it needs. You don't have to do anything. Let go and let it happen.
After the session, I will tell you what I experienced and based on that give you homework.
You can also share if you want.
You will most likely feel an improvement already after the session.
